Enjoy sweet presentation of Croatian Crljenak Kaštelanski wine, better known globally as Zinfandel, directly in the winery. DNA testing funded by famous Croatian winemaker Mike Grgich traced the original Zin back to the steep slopes in the villages just outside Split. Local cheese and Dalmatian specialty prosciutto will be dipped into olive oil produced by the winemaker.
