L’Aroma Restaurant

The Mediterranean cuisine is considered to be one of the healthiest in the world, so we look at our L’Aroma Restaurant as the most important part and so to speak the heart of our hotel, where we want to enchant you with all the aromatic ingredients of the Mediterranean and Dalmatia. Allow us to show you that love indeed goes through the stomach and that the flavors of our restaurant are a truly culinary experience.

Locally-produced food of controlled origin, a healthy and freshly prepared breakfast, traditional Dalmatian cuisine as well as famous international dishes are the task of our chef, who will with pleasure prepare delicious dishes for every meal and every occasion. The restaurant L’Aroma offers you, regardless of the season in which you visit us, always fresh and local ingredients that are provided by the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian fields.

The buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00, and, upon request, at any other time. The chefs of Hotel Split create the finest delicacies, prepared for you from top quality ingredients. Freshly baked warm bread, cakes and pastries, homemade jams, different types of Dalmatian cheese made of cow’s and sheep’s milk, smoked Dalmatian ham, Slavonian salami, locally-produced fruits and vegetables, fresh milk, aromatic tea and, of course, the irresistible coffee await you with a friendly smile of our staff every morning!

The L’Aroma Restaurant is open for all visitors with its à la carte lunches and dinners. Try our excellent gastronomic delicacies and sweets, stop by for a coffee and our tasty cakes, or experience our cocktail parties during summer nights and enjoy the wonderful view of the beach from the terrace of the lobby bar or the unforgettable sunset from the Sunset Terrace.
