Our MICE services are certainly one of the most challenging segments of our work at the hotel, since we want to make every project unique, special and successful. We are happy to take part in the planning with you and to make absolutely all resources of the team, hotel and the destination available.

Conference room Zlatna Vrata
The conference room Zlatna Vrata, named after the Golden Gate of Split, has a size of 105 m2 and can accommodate up to 80 people. Upon the client’s request a variety of layouts of the meeting room is possible. For the purpose of working in smaller groups, it is possible to divide the room as well as to use the additional adjacent space of 25 m2. The Conference room can be accessed through the hotel with the possibility of entering from the car park through the hotel garden.

The following room layout and seating arrangements are possible:
• Theatre /Cinema: 80 pax
• Classroom / Seminar: 80 pax
• U-Shape (outside and outside-inside): 36 pax/50pax
• V-Shape: 50 pax
• E-Shape: 60 pax
• Conference: 40 pax
• Boardroom: 25 pax
• Banquet: 60 pax
• Party/Cocktail: 80 pax

Equipment
The conference room is fully air-conditioned and comes with its own equipment: an LCD projector, a computer, a screen, flipcharts, a telephone, internet access, tables and chairs for 80 people. The use of a copy machine and fax machine is also possible.
Chairs can be used with or without the switch table, which is fixed onto the right hand side of the chair.

The room has natural light along with a complete blackout option, an exit to the hotel garden Jardin and its own sanitary facilities for ladies and gentlemen. The room is soundproofed and protected by a fire protection system and fire doors.

Service
For your meetings and conferences to be as pleasant as possible, coffee and other breaks can be organized either in the conference room, outdoors in the Jardin garden located in front of the conference room (and sheltered from the sun and light rain), in the restaurant, on the terrace of the lobby, on the roof terrace overlooking the central Dalmatian islands and the sea, or on the hotel beach for a more casual atmosphere.

L’Aroma Restaurant will prepare a culinary experience for any occasion, any number of people and regardless of the season in line with the wishes and expectations of the client.

Sports activities can be organized in the immediate vicinity as well as a range of other recreational and entertainment activities on the beach outside the hotel. For more information about our tours and activities, please visit our website activities.
The hotel has its own car park, providing enough parking space for all vehicles of the participants.

The hotel is extremely easy to find and to reach thanks to its proximity to the main road. The excellent location between the main road and by sea adds to the attractiveness of the hotel as a venue for business events and allows its branding according to the client’s wishes and the needs of the event – with the aim to draw attention to the desired brand in the destination itself.
